The Gift & Amenities Coordinator on the Disney Cruise Line team will help support and develop priority Castaway Club programs to achieve business goals for Disney Cruise Line, guiding communication planning rooted in consumer insights, sound creative judgment and innovative go-to-market programs. This position will support strategies for Gift & Amenities. What You Will Do

• Responsible for the coordination, planning and integration of shore side and shipboard teams that impact gift & amenities program with castaway club.

• Support the gift amenities/Castaway club team to define, communicate and achieve specific goals in the areas of Guest satisfaction.

• Support monthly and yearly departmental budget for Castaway Club.

• Maintain vendor relationships to obtain cost effective and high-quality operational supplies.

• Coordinate all aspects castaway club operation.

• Have an open communication with the Beverage Managers.

• Establish effective partnerships with other lines of business and foster teamwork among shipboard and shore teams.

• Serve as a change agent to integrate processes, remove barriers, and align performance goals.

• Conduct audits of the castaway Club product onboard and shore side.

• Maintain new build initiatives.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.

• Influence key partners and actively participate in all planning meetings for Marketing Photo and Video shoots, Media, Public Relations, Charters and other special events.

• Coordinate and communicate castaway club program and process with shipboard.

• Monitor ship operation with periodic visit to all fleet vessels.

• Maintain vendor relationships and conduct regular meetings with certain vendors to maintain product availability and quality.

• Goal oriented and agile response to evolving business needs.

• Responsibility for upholding the general safety management responsibilities specified in the Safety Management System within areas under their control.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous work experience in Marketing Strategy and/or Consumer Package Goods

• Have strong interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and know how to maintain a continuously positive attitude.

• Capable of calmly responding to tense and diverse situations

• Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 2 years of Consumer Marketing experience
