Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration, system configuration, testing and maintenance of workforce management systems
- Evaluate current workforce management processes and related new technologies and provide process, system and reporting improvement suggestions to enhance efficiency
- Assist system project coordination
- Coordinate with Payroll, Technology, HR and Financial Systems teams on labor system performance and interface issues.
- Plan and conduct training on workforce management systems for Workforce Management team members.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, IT, Finance or Business Administration or related disciplines
- Min. of 3 years of working experience in workforce management process and systems, reporting tools, data-warehouse, SAP system is a plus
- Solid understanding in Employment Ordinance and HR policy and frontline operations
- Able to demonstrate project management skills, attention to details and work independently
