工作概要:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Financial Management team in Hong Kong. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in managing our company's financial reporting and supporting our operations teams with expert financial and accounting advice.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the management of external and internal reporting, ensuring the delivery of financial statements and quarterly reports to our shareholders, including The Walt Disney Company and HKSARG. Your role will be pivotal in providing timely, accurate, and analysis-driven insights to aid management in making informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting Excellence: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies and accounting standards. Lead the quarterly close reporting process and manage the preparation of Board decks and other financial documentation

  • Strategic Project Management: Provide financial leadership and support to various Lines of Business (LOBs), advising on business contracts, assessing new initiatives, and implementing new accounting standards

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with external parties, including auditors and shared service teams, on matters related to financial reporting

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop staff, ensuring a high level of expertise within the team and managing ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field with an HKICPA or an equivalent qualification

  • 8+ years in accounting and financial reporting within multinational companies

  • Proven business analysis skills and an external auditing background

  • In-depth knowledge of HKGAAP, corporate accounting policies, and reporting requirements

  • Analytical skills to dissect and address financial challenges

  • Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines and propose effective solutions

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is advantageous
