How will you contribute to our magical experience?

As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to drive informed decisions within our organization. Your expertise in data analytics, data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling will empower our team to uncover valuable insights, create compelling reports, and design visual dashboards.

The Data Scientist will be responsible for:

• Dive deep into our data to identify emerging trends, patterns, and insights. Your keen analytical skills will shed light on opportunities and challenges, enabling us to make proactive decisions.
• Craft visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards. Your work will transform complex data into easily digestible formats, empowering stakeholders to make data-driven choices confidently.
• Develop and execute complex database queries. Your proficiency will ensure that our data is organized, accessible, and ready for in-depth analysis.
• Respond to diverse business questions using advanced data analysis techniques. Your ability to extract insights and recommend solutions will make you a trusted advisor across the organization.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
• Experience in data engineering, business analytics, or relevant experience
• 1+ year of experience working with machine learning algorithms and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply them in practical settings (required)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL (Snowflake is a plus)
• Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks such as Spark and an eagerness to work with large-scale datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis of storytelling through data
• Advanced level of English.
