How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The Business Intelligence Partner Analytics will be responsible for:

• Data curation, understanding of KPIs, summarizing data sources, and developing reports and dashboards to provide perspectives and recommendations.
• Measure performance and report business outcomes on a weekly or monthly basis with the most relevant KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create analysis with meaningful insights that improve performance, identify opportunities, improve conversion, and reduce churn.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Operations and Marketing teams to support their needs on a daily basis.
• Run ad-hoc analysis around the main variables from the Streaming business, identifying opportunities for improvements in acquisition, retention, and engagement by leveraging on SQL consoles.
• Manage multiple databases in an efficient way.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• At least 2 years of previous work experience.
• Preferred Industries: Entertainment and fintech.
• Advanced level of English.
• Technical expertise: Advanced level in SQL.
• Experience in data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and well-developed skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to evaluate and refine stakeholder requests.
• Highly organized and efficient. Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects at a given time.
