How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

In this role, you will help to shape the strategic direction of different business by conducting in-depth market analysis, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identifying growth opportunities within the entertainment industry (Streaming, Live Events, Cinema)

The Consumer Insights Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify business growth opportunities and relevant trends in the entertainment industry.
  • Project market growth by collecting and analyzing data, collaborating closely with marketing and product development teams.
  • Utilize third-party market data to gain key insights into competition and market dynamics.
  • Analyze and manage, through SQL, large volumes of data to detect patterns and insights.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze surveys and consumer insights studies to understand consumer preferences and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop insight-based strategies that drive innovation and growth opportunities
  • Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in consumer research to ensure ongoing relevance of business strategies.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Experience working in consumer insights or market research field.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques (surveys, interviews) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present findings effectively.
  • Results-oriented, with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and creative environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar (is a plus).
  • Advanced level of English.
