Envision yourself as a Lead People Insights Partner within our Enterprise People Insights Center of Excellence (COE) where your natural curiosity for discovering analytical insights and trends will help ensure we are making data-driven decisions within Human Resources (HR).

Insights Partners deeply immerse themselves in the business to understand unique needs and challenges, while focusing on local business, culture, and language needs. They act as consultants, account managers, and liaisons, collaborating with our experts within People Insights to deliver data-driven solutions.

We work closely with HR teams across The Walt Disney Company to blaze new paths in this data rich environment and impact HR strategies through proactive, actionable insights and collaboration. Apply your expertise and knowledge to enhance the Company’s investment in our candidates and employees through sophisticated analysis, data visualization, and compelling storytelling.

This role is supporting Asia Pacific client groups and COE projects, establishing a physical People Insights presence in APAC, reporting to the Sr Manager, People Insights Partners based in London, UK. This role will also act as the secondary point of contact for India.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide consultative support and ensure consistent reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Collaborate with Segment Analytics Partners, HR Business Partners, Center-of-Excellence teams, and business leaders to deeply understand needs for metrics and research questions.
  • Deliver insights, partner on dashboards, and forecasts that support business priorities through analyzing data from multiple sources including workforce demographics, talent acquisition, program effectiveness, learning and development, performance, and engagement.
  • Push insights to action through simple and relatable storytelling, visualizations, and polished presentations.
  • Drive decision making through data-based proposals and recommendations.
  • Actively assess critical metrics on an ongoing basis to be able to identify areas of success and opportunity.
  • Drive process improvement of systems and processes to standardize and optimize efficiency for reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with our Reporting team to plan and manage automated, scalable work products (e.g., reports, dashboards, and scorecards) to clients at important time-points.
  • Empower clients to self-serve, interpret, and apply insights through training and consultation.
  • Help to develop tools that enable HR Business Partner and Infrastructure teams to collect, organize, and present critical data and insights about people and organization trends as needs emerge.
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects, including developing project plans, facilitating work and meetings as a leader or collaborator, and provide ongoing project updates.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficient in English
  • An understanding of country workforce trends to better enable driving local needs, including business, cultural and language considerations, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on and drive commitments with minor oversight.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to carefully handle and maintain strictly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience and understanding working with quantitative and qualitative people data including workforce metrics and sentiment.
  • Influencing and networking skills to help build and cultivate existing consultative relationships that drive alignment and partnership opportunities.
  • Ability to present analytics in a way that tells a story and experience communicating insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Organization and project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple, interdependent projects while assessing and communicating progress and make timely and effective decisions to meet timelines.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and continued learning in the field of workforce insights to lead on industry trends for metrics, benchmarks, research, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with HR and data systems (Workday, Snowflake and Cognos) and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel) is advantageous.
