We are seeking a collaborative and inspiring leader to serve as Director, Revenue Management and Analytics for Hong Kong Disneyland (“HKDL”). Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director will lead the team responsible for strategies and tactics to drive profitable visitation to the theme park and resorts by developing and communicating business forecasts and driving revenue management and pricing strategies for the theme park, hotels, food & beverage (“F&B”), as well as merchandise businesses which maximize revenue growth and profitability for the resort. The leader also develops long-term strategic plans for the resort’s expansion and development, including providing insights on new attractions, entertainment, hotels, food and merchandise locations from a revenue perspective.


  • Lead and develop the team responsible for HKDL’s revenue management, pricing, and business forecasting strategy and execution across all revenue-generating functions in HKDL including theme park, hotels, merchandise, F&B, and etc
  • Provide the organization with actionable insights regarding revenue drivers to improve profitability while meeting local and regional strategies. Provide guidance to the leadership team on pricing and longer term profitability decisions making
  • Lead the near term and long range revenue drivers planning process – Including the development of Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan – by providing insight to future market demand, sales volumes and revenues
  • Oversees the application of analytics to predict consumer behavior, as well as optimizing price, promotion, product availability (e.g. hotels and F&B table service inventories), sales volume, cost, and yield in order to maximize revenue growth
  • Develop and drive HKDL’s short and long term pricing strategies based on business strategies, goals, opportunities, consumer insights and analytics
  • Develop and provide accurate short term and long term forecasts for theme park attendance, resort occupancy and revenue per capita in different revenue-generating functions
  • Utilize forecasting, revenue yield and pricing best practices from Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (“DPEP”) sites around the world and share local / regional learnings with the DPEP segment partners. Create and maintain business relationships with key internal / external business partners to identify opportunities to improve long term company profits as well as execute the plans on a daily basis
  • Talent development include the grooming of future successor(s) and strategies to attract, develop, empower, retain and motivate team members. Motivate and coach team members to balance a data-driven analytical approach with creative problem solving and effective communications to build trust with clients, partners and stakeholders so that complex issues can be effectively defined and holistic solutions delivered
  • Facilitate an inclusive culture that fosters diversity, exhibits integrity, collaboration, empowerment and trust


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue management, pricing, planning, business forecasting or related field
  • Authentic, persuasive and inclusive leader who has a track record of developing a highly skilled, collaborative and influential team
  • Proven experience in quantitative analysis – specifically, economics, mathematics and statistics, or other statistical modeling based field of study
  • Broad understanding of analytical tools / techniques and business principles, deep understanding of multiple lines of business revenue drivers, highly detail oriented
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen. Excels in identifying new areas of opportunity and displays keen ingenuity in anticipating and meeting unexpected situations
  • Skillful and impactful communicator (verbal and written) with ability to deliver presentations to senior executives with poise, confidence and authentic style
  • Proven ability to prepare the organization to anticipate, predict and react to diverse needs of our consumers
  • Proven ability to establish relationships, trust and credibility. Follow through on decisions and advance critical work in a highly collaborative manner. Exceptional influencing and partnering skills with ability to integrate diverse and at times opposing points of view to desired resolution
  • Possess unquestioned ethics and integrity


  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience in theme park and / or travel and tourism industry
