Senior Executive - Taxation

工作概要:

Context:
In this role, you would assist the team to undertake various tax compliances under the income-tax statute as well as collate information pertaining to the ongoing tax litigation at various appellate hierarchy. Also, you would be required to keep adequate records of tax assets and liabilities both in physical and digital medium. In addition, you would be the responsible for tax consultant cost management.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in corporate tax compliances such as Tax audit, TP audit, tax return filings, etc for India and offshore entities

• Assist in collating information and documents for past and present corporate tax litigation, with close co-ordination with various internal and external stakeholders
• SPOC for all income tax portal related communication
• Manage withholding tax related compliances and litigation
• Manage the tax refund data management process
• Assist in implementing technology tools in tax function
• Manage tax consultant engagement process along with their monthly MIS
